We invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, April 18, 2025. This year’s AGM promises to be a great experience, with a special event by Muni Seva Ashram, followed by our annual review, elections, and   dinner.

AGM Details:

- Venue: Basement of Sanatan Mandir Cultural Society of Fort McMurray (108 Abraham Gate, Fort McMurray, AB, T9H 0J1)

Program Outline:

1. 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Event by Muni Seva Ashram (“Chal ne Jivi Laiye ” with Sanjaybhai Raval - Renowned Motivational Speaker)
2. 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Refreshment Break with Tea/Coffee
3. 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm: Year in Review
4. 5:45 pm - 6:00 pm: Treasurer’s Report
5. 6:00 pm - 6:20 pm: President’s Speech
6. 6:20 pm - 7:00 pm: Elections for Executive Members (2025-2026)
7. 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Dinner & Clean-up

Call for Nominations:
We need dedicated individuals to join our Executive Committee for 2025-2026. If you’re interested in serving our Gujarati community and building strong relationships, please consider nominating yourself for one of the following positions:
