FMGCS warmly invites you and your family to કુટુંબ કુટિર ઉત્સવ — a joyful summer camping experience at the scenic Gregoire Lake Campground. 🌿 Get ready for a fun-filled weekend surrounded by nature, with music, games, bonfire evenings, delicious food, and memorable moments with family and friends. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨

This is a wonderful opportunity to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories together as one FMGCS family.

Check-in: Friday from 5:00 PM onwards
Check-out: Sunday by 11:00 AM

Venue: Gregoire Lake Provincial Park Campground, AB-881, Fort McMurray, AB

• Outdoor games and family activities for all ages

Food Arrangements 🍽️

FMGCS will provide:

• Friday, July 10: Light dinner 🌙

• Saturday, July 11: Breakfast ☀️, lunch 🥗, evening snacks 🍪, and dinner 🌟

• Sunday, July 12: Breakfast ☕

Accommodation 🏕️

• Shared campsite spots (first-come, first-served, subject to availability)

• Powered sites provided by FMGCS (shared basis)

• Members may stay overnight or commute daily 🚗

Please bring your own camping gear (tent, heater, air mattress, chairs, sleeping bags, bug spray, etc.).

The registration portal is now open and will close on June 25, 2026, or earlier if tickets sell out.
 

Ticket Pricing 🎟️

• $35 per person (Ages 6–65)

• $25 per person (Seniors 65+)

• Free for children up to 5 years

Non-members may be invited later (if space permits) at $60 per person.

Important Information ⚠️✅

• This is primarily a members-only event

• Limited spots available — early registration is recommended

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

• FMGCS may close registration early if capacity is reached

• Small group BBQs are permitted for registered members 🍖

• All campground and safety rules must be followed
